Man with ice cream in pants offers owner $69

What would you do for a Klondike bar? Authorities said a man shoved an ice cream bar down his pants and then offered a Texaco station store owner $69 not to turn him in for shoplifting. The owner told police that a 65-year-old man tried to sneak the Klondike bar, along with packages of Ramen noodles and Famous Amos cookies, out of the store without paying Tuesday night.

When the store owner confronted the man as he tried the leave the store, the owner reported that the man pulled the flattened ice cream snack out of his back pocket and offered the owner $69 for it.

The owner called police, and the man was charged with retail theft and violation of probation charges. He was being held on $500 bail.

My View:  Now I wonder what would people do for a Klondike Bar? Well when people like this old dude steals only around 10 bucks worth of crap and then to top it off offers the clerk 69 bucks to not report him for shoplifting. Ohh this one of all the things is just the most retarded guy of all.

If this was a piece of crap this is what it would look like

disturbing cream with a side of extra peppers, and for desert...hot sauce.

Columbus Ohio

Employee's internet usage forces revamp

COLUMBUS (AP) - A state agency is reviewing the way it tracks how employees use the Internet after discovering a worker viewed pornographic Web sites undetected for years.

The state Inspector General found that Jeff Adkins, an employee at the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, spent hours on many days visiting adult sites and downloading videos and pictures.

The report also found Adkins sent and received dozens of e-mails related to his volunteer work at his church.

In an investigative document reviewed by The Associated Press, a workers' comp technology manager said the bureau might not have enough staff to properly track employees' Internet use.

The bureau says it has enough employees but acknowledges the tracking process can be time-consuming.

My View: Now me personally thinks a person who wastes all their time looking up porn has no life. This person in particular is retarded becauses he should at least have the decency to look at this crap on his OWN BLOODY TIME!!!! NOT AT HIS JOB. (idiot) you pornadicts out there are retarded and you should stop wasting your life looking up bloody porn all the time you idgits.

If this was crap (literaly) this is what it would look like.

a nice pile of random terds all equal in their own pile in the wild. (Such a waste really)

Portland, Oregon

Portland mayor won't resign over lying about teen

PORTLAND, Ore. – The mayor of Portland, Ore., said Sunday he would not resign despite calls for him to do so after he admitted he lied and asked a teenager to lie about their sexual relationship.

"Tomorrow, I go back (to) work as your mayor. I know I have let you down and made mistakes. I ask your forgiveness," Mayor Sam Adams said in a statement. "I believe I have a lot to offer the city I love during this time of important challenges."

Adams, who was just sworn in on Jan. 1, publicly apologized this past week for lying early in his campaign about the relationship with an 18-year-old man in 2005.

The scandal has resulted in an investigation by the Oregon attorney general and has divided the city and its gay and lesbian community. The police union and four Portland newspapers have called for his resignation, but Adams has found strong support to remain, including a Friday rally on his behalf at City Hall that drew more than 400 people.

In his statement, Adams said he would "work harder than I ever have in my life" to help see the city through the tough economic times.

Two of the leading business associations in Portland had taken a wait-and-see stance.

Steve Holwerda, Chairman of the Portland Business Alliance, said in a statement the board had differing views on whether Adams should resign but they agreed it was a critical time for the city and some of its major development projects.

"Whether or not he stays in office should be based on whether he can lead our city effectively and with the integrity that all our citizens deserve," Holwerda said.

But the board of the Portland Area Business Association went further and said Adams should remain in office, but added, "pending the outcome of official investigation."

The teenager, Beau Breedlove, was a legislative intern when he met the mayor at age 17. He and the mayor both say their sexual relationship started after his 18th birthday, in June 2005.

Breedlove, now 21, told The Oregonian on Saturday that the relationship was consensual.

"I do not see any relationship that I ever had with Sam as me being taken advantage of," Breedlove told the newspaper. "I do not feel like I was ever a victim."

When Adams confirmed the relationship this past week, he said it was inappropriate because of the age difference; Adams is now 45.

He also said he lied early in his mayoral campaign and asked Breedlove to lie as well because rumors at the time falsely suggested the relationship involved a minor.

My View: now me personally this a load of crap for two reasons. One the articalin general is bloddy pointles!! Who the devil writes crap articiles like this and expects to  get a really big responce, cause guess what mr. writer you will not make the local news for writting this crappy story! Now do i have aproblem with a guy who says he is gay, no, BUT i do have a problem with a person who says something like that in order to get a few responces. you mayor sir are a dumb @$$

If this was Crap (literaly) this is what it would look like

18 year olds able to have sex with teacers.

SEATTLE – Washington state law does not bar teachers from having consensual sex with 18-year-old students, an appeals court ruled Tuesday in dismissing a case against a former high school choir teacher.

The teacher, Matthew Hirschfelder, was charged with first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor for allegedly having sex with a Hoquiam High School senior in 2006. He challenged a judge's refusal to dismiss his case, arguing the student wasn't a minor because she was 18.

Hirschfelder, who was 33 at the time, also denies any sexual relationship occurred.

A three-judge panel of the Washington Court of Appeals unanimously agreed that the case should be dismissed. While the law was written vaguely, a review of legislative history shows that lawmakers only intended to criminalize contact between teachers and 16- or 17-year-old students — not those over 18, the court said.

"The name of the statute is 'sexual misconduct with a minor,'" said Hirschfelder's attorney, Rob Hill, stressing that the state recognizes that an 18-year-old is no longer a minor.

The state's code of professional conduct for teachers still prohibits any sexual advance toward or contact with pupils, whatever their age, and teachers can be fired for it. Sexual contact with students younger than 16 is considered child rape or molestation; the age of consent in Washington is 16.

Hirschfelder has not been able to work as a teacher since late 2006, when he was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation by the school board. He was arrested and charged in spring 2007, after a former choir student told police she had a monthslong affair with him that began shortly before she graduated.

His case did not go to trial because it was stayed pending the appeals court ruling, Hill said. He has been tuning pianos to make ends meet.

Grays Harbor County Prosecutor Stew Menefee did not immediately return a call from The Associated Press, but he told The Daily World newspaper of Aberdeen that he would consider appealing to the state Supreme Court.

Some state legislators are set on changing the law. On Monday, six state representatives introduced legislation that would make it a crime punishable by a mandatory minimum of five years in prison for a teacher to have sex with a student up to age 21, as long as the teacher is five years older than the student and at the same school.

Rep. Larry Haler, R-Richland, the main sponsor of the bill, said he offered it at the request of the Richland School District, after a judge dropped a sexual misconduct charge against a Richland High School teacher because the teacher's alleged victim was 18.

"This is a real concern of mine, and with the court decision today, that just strengthens this bill," Haler said. "We need to protect our students as long as they're in our public schools, irrespective of age."

my view: I personally think this is a part of the daily crap page for two reasons. One this is nothing that people really give a "crap" about. and of couse this is just wrong. no bloody teacher should be able to get that "attached" with a bloddy student!! Now of couse some messed up kids are...umm..."very happy" with some of their teachers but it all is not bloody natural!!!!!!! all you people that think this is okay well let me tell you something...YOUR WRONG!. everyone knows this is a bunch of crap that needs to be stopped.

If It was crap (literally) this is what it would look like.

a piece of crap flying at 120mph  into an industrial fan (god what a crappy ending)
